Questions, gently answered
If it's your first time, start here
The things people most often wonder before they arrive. If your question isn't here, ask it quietly in your enquiry — there's no wrong one.
- Absolutely — most of the people we see are first-timers. The first-time session is built precisely for this: slower, softer, and led entirely by you.
- A warm welcome, a quiet conversation about what you're hoping for, and then we begin — at your pace. You decide how far you'd like to go, and you can pause or change course at any moment.
- Only yourself. We provide makeup, wigs, accessories and a range of wardrobe. If there are pieces of your own you'd like to use, you're welcome to bring them.
- Our wardrobe spans a generous range of sizes, and we'll always ask in advance so the right pieces are ready for you. Nothing is assumed — just tell us, in confidence, what works.
- Yes. By-appointment-only sessions, one guest at a time, plain packaging, a neutral billing descriptor, and the option to book under a chosen name. Your identity is never recorded beyond what you choose to share.
- Never. The private photoshoot is entirely optional, and any images belong to you alone — nothing is shared or kept without your written consent.
- That's welcome here, and completely normal. There's no clock and no audience. We'll go as gently as you need, and you're always in control.

What should I bring?
How do you handle sizing?
Is it really confidential?
Do I have to be photographed?
What if I'm nervous?
Still wondering something? You're welcome to ask anything — in confidence, with no obligation.
