Privacy

What we know, and what we keep

Privacy isn't a setting here — it's the foundation. Here, plainly, is what happens to anything you share with us.

The short version

Your privacy is the whole point of what we do, so this page is deliberately plain. We only ever hold what you choose to tell us, we use it solely to reply to you, we never sell or share it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: the name you'd like us to use, a way to reach you (an email, phone number, Telegram handle or ProtonMail address — your choice), and the service you're curious about. Optionally, a preferred city, preferred times, a short message, and how you heard of us.

That's all. A preferred name is the only thing we ever require — never your legal name, identification, or anything you'd rather not share.

How your enquiry reaches us

When you submit the form, your enquiry is delivered privately to a small, trusted team channel so we can respond. It is not saved in any database on this website, and the website keeps no record of it once it has been passed to us.

If you'd rather not use the form at all, you can reach us anonymously by Telegram or ProtonMail — the same care applies.

How we use it

Solely to answer your enquiry and arrange your session. We never use your details for marketing, we never sell them, and we never share them with anyone outside our team.

Cookies & analytics

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The enquiry pages carry no analytics whatsoever.

On our other pages we use a privacy-first, cookieless analytics tool (Vercel Web Analytics) that counts visits in aggregate only. It sets no cookies, collects no personal information, builds no profile of you, and sends nothing to advertising networks. There is no Google Analytics anywhere on this site.

Who else is involved

To run the site we rely on a hosting provider (Vercel), which also provides the cookieless analytics above. To receive your enquiry we use Telegram. These providers process data only so that the site works and your message reaches us — never for their own marketing.

Keeping & deleting

We keep our correspondence with you only for as long as it takes to help you, and no longer. You can ask us, through any channel, to delete everything we hold about you — and we will.

Your choices

You're always in control. You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Just say so when you write to us — no formality required.

Changes to this page

If we ever change how any of this works, we'll update this page and the date below. Last updated 10 June 2026.
